the spider ending is the reason i procrastinated so hard on finishing this game lol... and i managed to finish it off in one day! yay! :)

additions & changes in version 1.1:

• SPIDER ENDING: this is the first major new ending to be added! help the spiders in the spider zone with their problems and you might get a chance to meet the spider queen herself...!
• altered normal ending: the normal ending has now been split into three possible endings that you can get when you reach the final room. you know those games where the ending you get doesn't matter until literally the last decision you make? that's what this is.  they are all very similar, so don't feel pressured to see all of them! 
• new NPCs & dialogue: there are a few areas that got a brand new NPC to talk to! some old NPCs also got extra lines added to their dialogue trees.
• screen transitions: literally minutes before uploading the update i discovered you can do this! i'm not sure how i feel about them (the scrolling one drives me crazy sometimes) but i think it's funny. i added a bunch in like 10 minutes so next update might add some to areas i skipped over and also alter the borders of certain maps to compensate for the effect.
• minor palette & aesthetic changes: i'm genuinely trying to fight the eye strain so much LOL. various colours got darker or paler. i also added extra colours to some of the palettes! the spider zone is finally easier to comprehend now that the spiders and webs are different colours. :) i also added some new decorative tiles to certain areas and found out that you can have tiles showing behind sprites with an Easy Trick. so expect more of that in the future!

here are the focuses for next update:

• new endings: nighttime areas will lead to the worm & snail endings! i also plan to add a secret ending. it's going to be very obtuse to get! please look forward to it. :)
• music!: i didn't intend to add music in the next update, but i made like 7 songs in a row while procrastinating on maps so i'm now over halfway done the music. so. yay?
• more graphical & text fixes/updates
• more weird bugs to meet!
